Yesterday l had an appointment at An Tam Smile , for teeth whitening. I am very happy with the results. However l was completely dissatisfied with the young dentist doing my whitening. She had long hair and although it was pulled back in a ponytail she was constantly tucking it behind her ears, touching her face and then continued to work in my mouth. Before the whitening, l had a clean, no goggles given to me , the toothpaste just splattered on my face. Also she was Constantly on her phone ! , no change of gloves , and back working on my teeth . General standards of hygiene ?? I do not speak Vietnamese, and the young girl did not speak English, so of course communication was difficult and l understand that , but l do believe she could have indicated through perhaps hand gestures. For example, when the laser light was placed over my mouth and teeth , l had no idea how long this would be, she just sat fiddling with her hair and more playing with her phone.( l did have goggles on for this part ) l have had teeth whitening done before so was aware of the foods to avoid 24 - 48 hours after this treatment. This practice gave no information whatsoever to the after care of a whitening procedure. I hope this is all taken as constructive criticism to improve this dental practice as l am still happy with the end result

Wow ! I did a cleaning here . Very professional equipment just like in Europe, I am very sensitive and told the lady dentist , she was caring but efficient and with attention to detail, no pain at all, she used warm water , and it was all done in 30 mins , 300’000 . VND. Great price . I send them a WhatsApp and asked for appointment on the same day and they gave me few options .i told them only cleaning and they did not try to sell anything else which I appreciated. Totally recommend it.

also nach 60 jahren erfahrung mit deutschen zahnarztpraxen hat tam smile meinen grössten respekt bekommen. eine ärztin, die ihre arbeit so feinfühlig macht, das man vergisst wo man ist, alles geht enorm ruhig und leise vor sich, mit der helferin ein perfektes team wo es kaum worte braucht, werkzeuge viel filigraner als unsere und eine helferin die einem nicht gleich versucht mit absaugschlauch den magen auszupumpen. die ganze praxis ist eher mit dezentem sichtschutz versehen, anstatt den patienten in kleine folterkammern zu bringen, wo der arzt immer mal wieder reinspringt fur spritzen oder ähnliches. soviel sterne wie ich bräuchte gibt es leider nicht, hier stimmt leistung und qualität noch zu hundert prozent, von der bezahlung ganz abgesehen. fazit: um ein vielfaches besser und sympatischer, spitzenniveau zu unglaublichen preisen vielen dank an das gesamte team philipp ,

Great experience, very affordable, the dentist was very gentle. I wish this was my local dentist!

They were so bloody accommodating. We had one person in a wheelchair who could not be transferred to the dentist chair and they helped us make it work. They were very gentle and so bloody nice. We had 4x people and everyone was very happy with the service they provided. The dental practice is very clean and tidy, smells great and looks very modern. I would highly recommend An Tâm Smile 10/10
