I would like to express my sincere gratitude 🙏 to Dr Khanh, Dr Natalie & the professional nurse & customer service team. Dr khanh is really professional & talented in this industry I would say, towards his patient he is very careful on giving advise & give best suggestion, he will deliver the result and won’t suggest any unnecessary procedure. Dr Natalie she is amazing, she will arrange the whole procedure from concierge service to hospital stay, personal nurse to take care of you in the whole journey and explain professional with her knowledge during consultation no hidden cost no hard selling. The nurse team I would say they have great team work great knowledge, their goal is on patient’s health, take good care of me well with no complaints. I’m very impressed. Great nurses to compliment - Kim , Thu many more ( didn’t manage to get their names) Lastly I will like to specially compliment this very kind lady the Customer Service representative her name is Ngoc. She always there whenever I need her. She has a great personality and customer oriented, she is very patient with all my request, she did so much extra miles like help me to arrange things even pack my luggage when we catching a flight back. The whole journey she is with me. Ngoc is always so sincere from her heart towards each of her patient. Overall experience is wonderful,I have a great journey with AVA Team, taken good care by Dr khanh & Dr Natalie you can have a peace of mind. Most importantly is the trust they provide to their patients make them special.

As this was my first major cosmetic surgery out of my country, I wanted to make sure I chose a hospital and surgical team that I could trust completely. From the very beginning of my research, Dr. Nathalie was incredibly responsive, patient, and reassuring. I had countless questions and concerns, and she never once made me feel like I was asking too much. Instead, she took the time to answer every single question thoroughly and even provided additional information that I had not thought to ask. Her professionalism and kindness gave me tremendous confidence and peace of mind. Before flying to Ho Chi Minh City, I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Khanh via video call. He was exceptionally detailed, meticulous, and highly professional. He carefully explained the procedure and made sure I fully understood what to expect. His calm and confident approach made me feel very comfortable and certain that I was in excellent hands. When I arrived at the hospital, I was impressed by how warm and welcoming everyone was. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. My coordinator, Van, was outstanding. She was always responsive, organized my daily schedule perfectly, and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. The nurses were all equally wonderful. They were compassionate, gentle, and extremely professional. It was clear that patient comfort and safety are top priorities at AVA. The hospital has thoughtfully prepared for every aspect of the recovery process to provide maximum comfort and support. Even though I am still in the early stages of recovery, I already feel very positive about my decision and am excited to see my final results. Undergoing such a major procedure was a big decision, and I am so grateful that I chose AVA. The level of care, expertise, and attention I received exceeded all of my expectations. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Dr. Nathalie, Dr. Khanh, Van, and the entire AVA team for making this journey such a positive and life-changing one.

I had a breast argumentation done from Dr Tang. It was amazing!! Everyone made me feel so special and welcomed, they made sure I was there number one priority. I’m so happy with the result!! Highly recommend, especially for the price

Mình có đi tham khảo nhiều nơi, nhưng không đâu khiến mình thấy dễ chịu như ở ava. Tư vấn mổ chăm sóc đều là bác Khanh trực tiếp khám và làm cho mình Ưng nhất là cái câu bác có nói “ anh không bao giờ thấy em muốn cái này cái kia anh đều đồng ý làm cho em để lấy tiền, mà làm hay không còn phụ thuộc vào việc em có cần thiết không và kết quả thế nào nữa “. My friend and I are from Australia and both had multiple different procedures at AVA. I honestly can't recommend AVA enough! The service is amazing and the results of the surgeries are truly immaculate! I had a revision rhinoplasty and since it was my third time I wanted to choose a hospital that I could have clear communication with and felt like they genuinely cared for me and not just as another patient with dollar signs. I also appreciate that they don't push a ton of false marketing. If you're comparing the prices to some other hospitals in Vietnam, they are a bit more dearer, HOWEVER, I must emphasise that you truly get what you pay for at AVA. It's been 1 month since my complex surgery and the difference is already so beautiful, more than I could imagine. My interaction with Dr Natalie, Dr Khanh, Dr Tien, consultants Linh and Van, and all of the nurses that cared for me were everything and more than I could ever ask for. AVA is truly amazing with their skills and patience to handle the complexity of my procedure and as a patient as I have a big phobia of needles. If I were to have any other procedures I will definitely be coming back to AVA! I highly recommend!! 🙏

I’ve dealt with heavy weight and so much weight fluctuations my whole life, but no matter how much weight I lost, my legs and lower body never got smaller. This caused a lot of worries and insecurities and I’ve struggled with my legs and my self image for over 20 years—including a lot of insecurity about how my husband and my children sometimes think or look at me. Dr. Khanh was the third or fourth doctor I consulted. While others told me why I needed the surgery, Dr. Khanh was the only one who thoroughly explained how he would perform it step by step and why the procedure should happen that way. He also shared a lot of realistic expectations on how the swelling will be, how much fat he thought he can remove for me. That really gave me the confidence I needed to have the procedure done for myself. I flew from overseas and was alone, so there were a lot of fear and cost factors that took me a long time to finally decide to have my procedure done at Ava. The recovery process was long, and people really underestimate the swelling after liposuction . I really appreciated the daily lymphatic massage the hospital provided. The hospital team took such great care of me and I really appreciate the care and attentiveness the doctors and nurses have for me. Now it has been 8 months after the surgery and my lymphedema is a lot improved. The swelling, pain, and the heavy feeling in my legs have decreased so much and my thigh has never been this small size my whole life. I am very grateful to Dr. Khanh and his wonderful team. I wish the whole team the best and I miss you all.
