I genuinely do not understand how this clinic has received so many positive reviews because my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I visited the clinic for a professional dental cleaning, teeth whitening, and the repair of a chipped tooth. Unfortunately, every part of my treatment was disappointing and fell well below the standard I expected from a dental clinic. The dental cleaning was not performed properly. Yellow stains and plaque were still clearly visible afterward because only my front eight teeth were cleaned. The rest of my teeth were ignored. I repeatedly pointed out that the crowns of my upper teeth still looked dirty and stained, but my concerns were dismissed. I was simply told that those areas could not be cleaned, which is completely untrue. I have previously worked in a dental practice myself, and I know that these areas can and should be cleaned during a professional hygiene appointment. The teeth whitening procedure was by far the most painful dental experience I have ever had. I have had whitening treatments before and have never experienced pain anywhere near this severe. It felt as if my dental crowns were being ripped out. The level of pain was completely unacceptable. The repair of my chipped tooth was also done poorly. The composite was left with a large, sharp lump on the back of the tooth, making it difficult to close my mouth comfortably. Three days later, the tooth actually looks worse than it did before the procedure. Overall, I experienced poor workmanship, a lack of attention to detail, and a dismissive attitude toward my concerns. I left the clinic in pain and extremely disappointed with the results. I cannot recommend this clinic and would strongly advise anyone considering treatment here to think twice before trusting them with their dental care.

Brought my son's mother in law who needed all on 4 from Australia ... her process was paid through her Super ... relatively easy process ... 3rd trip: (PENDING ... LOL) GREAT experience and very friendly staff ... modern equipment and mostly painless procedures, dealing with dental pain is half the struggle ... Communication with us was excellent even when we got back to Australia ... Air port transfers included just one more thing that makes the trip even easier ... Beats paying up to three times the amount in Australia ... I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone in Australia and New Zealand ...

Xưa đến giờ m sợ đi nha khoa vô cùng, sau có cái răng khôn mọc lệch mà phải cố để cho đến khi đau mới dám đi. Ai mà có ngờ đến đúng chỗ lun, các anh chị bác sĩ và phụ tá siêu nhiệt tình. Bảo không đau mà đúng là k đau thật nha trời 🤣🤣 Kỹ thuật siêu tốt + bsi siêu mát tay về còn được cho uống thuốc giảm đau các thứ nên trộm vía cx k bị sưng như lời mấy đứa bạn m kể. Các chị lễ tân cũng hỏi han nhiệt tình còn hơn bame nữa kkkk Rcm nên đến trải nghiệm dịch vụ ở đây ạ
