I visited Far East after a bad experience with another dentist. I was immediately put at ease with a clean professional environment. I was made to feel comfortable and in control at all times the English speaking skills of most staff and all Dr's/Dentist's is impeccable which was an awesome added benefit for a Westerner like myself. I had been scared of the Dentist for years after horrible and substandard experiences here in Australia. Finally I was forced into a dental visit and looked into Vietnam as an option because of the astronomical cost I was quoted in Australia. After my first visit with Dr Hau I was confident and comfortable that I had found the man for the job. Dr Hau assured me from the get go that I was in control at all times and he meant it, if I had a question or concern it was answered and addressed immediately he and his entire team were there for me at all times to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. I needed some extensive dental surgery and gave Dr Hau a timeline that seemed unlikely from my point of view, He assured me that he would give me a smile to be proud of and that he would give me back the confidence I had lost so many years earlier and he would do whatever needed to be done to get it done on time before I had to fly out of the country. The Man is a Rock Star a Super Hero if you will, he put in long days and overtime on me all whilst giving me time to rest and eat in between surgeries. Every time I left the clinic I left with a temporary smile that was comfortable looked great and gave me the ability to eat, speak and socialise so I never felt like I was in between major dental surgeries, having a simple tooth repaired or removed in Australia is a far more daunting experience. Far East Dental needs a 12 star 🌟 rating the experience was really that good. They are still in constant communication with me to this day months later if I have a question they are only to happy to answer and provide a wealth of information about whatever query you may have they have provided me with videos and pictures for ongoing care and maintenance of my new smile and I am complimented constantly on how great my teeth look. I have sent several friends to Far East and all are very happy with their results and the overall price and I will be returning in November with my Daughter for more work on myself and some general maintenance and Invisalign for my Daughter. It will take a major emergency for me to visit an Australian Dentist ever again the service I received and the communication I still get from Far East Dental is second to none. Thankyou to the entire team and Thankyou Dr Hau you kept your word your promise and you changed my life in a way I can't measure. A truly wonderful experience!
