Very lovely salon, they were able to squeeze me in very last minute and in between clients but it never felt like they were rushing to finish my cut. I love the haircut she left me with and I appreciate the suggestions she gave while working on my hair.

Came in for a headspa wanted to give it a go and see how good they are. Terrible!! I have done a few head spa at different places, and this is by far the worse. It was Not relaxing she spray cold water the entire time on my head. When we was finish, My friend was paying for our service ,while I was digging in my purse, for cash to tip. He later tells me in the car this lady said to him tip tip tip after he paid. If I knew she did that I wouldn’t even tip.

Gave my daughter a cow lick thanks to cutting her hair completely off in the back. This is ridiculous.

I went to Kim for the first time for a color correction after attempting to color my hair myself. They did an amazing job and Kim takes such good care of her clients. Her and the rest of the team are wonderful and make you feel at home.

I had a really disappointing experience today. I previously visited this salon and was very satisfied with Kim’s service, which is why I came back expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. First, the salon asked me to change my appointment time for personal reasons, and I adjusted my schedule willingly. However, when I arrived, Kim seemed rushed throughout the entire haircut. She even placed the cape on me incorrectly, and it did not fully cover my clothes. As a result, a lot of cut hair fell inside my shirt, which was extremely uncomfortable and showed how hurried the service was. In the middle of my appointment, a group of people who seemed to be her family or friends arrived, and she continued talking to them while cutting my hair. I normally wouldn’t mind, but the lack of focus was obvious. My haircut looked unfinished and uneven especially on both sides of my hair. What made it more frustrating is that during my last visit, I paid less and still received shampooing and a hair oil treatment. This time, despite receiving none of those services and ending up with a poorly done haircut, I was asked to pay extra. It felt very unprofessional. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but rushing through a customer’s haircut, providing incomplete service, and charging more for it is unacceptable. If this level of service continues, I would not recommend this salon.

I have been going here for over 4 years. Kim is the best! She has colored my hair multiple times before and always made sure my hair stayed healthy as possible with all the chemicals. She also listens to the certain style cut I want (showing inspo her pictures). Recently I got a lash lift from her and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality was great along with the price only being $65. There’s no better place to go to! Thank you Kim for everything. (Also the older lady who does the washes gives incredible hair massages!)
