I had a great experience here. I had dental work done overseas, but I had to come to Ho Chi Minh City quickly and wasn’t able to get my bite readjusted before leaving. I came in expecting to pay out of pocket for the adjustment, so it was such a pleasant surprise when the doctor told me she would do it free of charge. The doctor was incredibly cordial, patient, and meticulous throughout the entire adjustment process. She took the time to carefully check and fine-tune everything until it felt right, and I really appreciated her attention to detail and professionalism. Truly kind service, and I’m very grateful for the help. Highly recommended!

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I booked a baby tooth extraction for my 6-year-old child and clearly requested a gentle, child-friendly dentist. Instead of reassuring a nervous but cooperative child, the dentist repeatedly threatened to send my child alone to the hospital by ambulance if they didn’t cooperate. This is completely unacceptable behavior toward a young patient. The dentist appeared impatient and dismissive, and my questions were answered vaguely. We rescheduled with the other dentist (the clinic only has two), but when we arrived on time, we were told the doctor was unavailable without any prior notice. Poor communication, zero empathy, and a lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this clinic, especially for children.

They should explain and ask for consents before attempting to take teeth X-ray of children.

Dịch vụ ở đây tốt, bác sĩ tay nghề tốt giá cả phù hợp ngay trong trung tâm thương mại. Mình được take care rất chu đáo và tận tâm và mình thấy rất yên tâm khi làm ở đây^^
