I messaged this place to get an appointment online. I requested a menu in English with prices and they responded promptly. Then, after selecting from the menu, I chose 4 services totaling 3.5 hours. No one responded to my request. I continued to reach out for SIX HOURS and finally received a response and an apology with a voucher for 250,000 off to try their facility. I tried to book an appointment at this location, but they kept asking me to go to a different location and they would give me another voucher for 100,000 towards a taxi. I said no, because I wanted to walk there. It’s across the street from where I am staying. Now I am being told this location is no longer being serviced but their website is still up, the hours of operation are still up, the business looks as if it is still up and running. Terrible customer service and terrible communication. I will be in HCMC for three weeks and I typically like to find one spa I can go to 3-4 times a week. They lost a valuable customer today.
