I waited more than 30 minutes, just a simple reason the clinic manager was busy calling even i had appointment already. Not professional like i thought

I have had a pretty miserable experience with this location. Dr. Thuy An did my wisdom tooth extraction. She doesn’t communicate well in English, and I’m not sure why she is being assigned to foreign clients for things like surgeries. My procedure was traumatic and had to be paused twice for X-rays mid-extraction. A month after surgery, I had excruciating pain, swelling, and a suspected infection in that side of my face. Her advice this entire time has been to keep throwing medicine at the symptoms, without figuring out the cause. On multiple occasions I have made the 30 minute trip to this office for her to say “I don’t know, I’m not sure” or that she needs to check with Dr. Andrew. Dr. Andrew is great and that’s why this isn’t a 1 star review, but WHY is this happening? I’ve lived here for 7 years and this has been the worst experience. I just want this to be over and it feels like no one knows what they’re doing. AVOID.

Note to self: Do NOT arrive early as it's a 20-minute wait starting from the scheduled appointment time. And don't bother answering the scheduling person when they ask what services you need done as it'll be completely ignored. I confirmed a full checkup via WhatsApp but ended up only getting a 25-minute teeth cleaning before they booted me out, just because I said "Cleaning," when the dentist asked what we were doing. Isn't the doctor supposed to know better than the patient? When I was here back in 2018, it was hands down the best dental clinic I'd ever visited in my life. Same dentist back then too, apparently. Measured the degree of my gum recession, told me we'd have to keep an eye on it, and even taught me a better way to brush my teeth which I've practiced diligently for the past 8 years. Back then, it felt like they were genuinely concerned with the well-being of my teeth. This time she couldn't get me outta there fast enough. Couldn't even get her to take a 2nd look at my gums. See you again in 8 years, I guess.
