Terrible Experience!! Wish I avoided Y-Smiles Y-Smiles is, in my opinion, a total rip-off and a money grab. I deeply regret going there. Back in December, I was upsold on an 8 million VND crown that was supposed to last 10 years and came with a warranty. Just five months later, it came off and cracked my real tooth with it. When I went back, they blamed my tooth and casually told me the crown would now only last around a year. Luckily, they reattached it and shaved off the broken part, but the damage was already done. Things didn’t get better. I returned for a cleaning and a filling. Originally quoted 500k, then suddenly someone else told me more work was needed and it jumped to 1 million. I refused, and magically it dropped back down to 500k. After they finished, I checked and the hole on the side of my tooth was still there! They did the wrong tooth and I don’t think it even needed a filling. This place seriously made me question if I was dealing with real professionals or just salespeople in lab coats. Wish I avoided Y-Smiles like the plague. Would not recommend to anyone
